Critical Recognition for "Life Lessons"
03/28/21
We finally got our first review of our debut album, Life Lessons, from our friends over at Divide and Conquer (divideandconquermusic.com). Some highlights from the review:
On "Checkmate" - "Glasgow’s voice is filled with grit which nicely fit with the bluesy pulse. A whole lot of soul could be heard in his vocals. This felt like another on-point performance."
On "Wolf" - "The pacing of the music will make you feel alive. The fiery and passion behind the sound will grab you right away. This felt like a great way to close the album."
Overall - "Some feel-good tunes in the vein of blues, funk, soul, pop and rock makes for a striking sound. The band brings their brand of rock n’ roll to the masses and it is without a doubt something that will get you rocking out to in no time."

Website Update and New Release
12/30/20
Welcome all. If this is your first visit, then congratulations on navigating your way through the interwebs. If this is not your first visit, thanks for checking in mom.
Anyway, lots of changes here, mostly regarding my latest release. My band The Grey Scales, just wrapped up and released our debut album "Life Lessons". It's been a few years in the making and I'm pretty proud of the work the boys and I put in to make this happen. We are anxious to let the world hear what we've put together, but hopefully everyone will enjoy it.
In a time where singles and streaming are all the rage, I wanted to build a legit album where the songs all fit together if you sit with them in one continuous listening session. Like in the good ole days. Lots of love and sweat was put into this thing and we think there's a little something for everyone in this release. So take a listen on my music page (or your listening method of choice) and tell your closest 5,000 friends to check it out too!
